Electricity supply

- Electricity supplied to the building taken from the city grid through the transformer technically put in the basement of the building.

- Fees for electricity use paid directly to the City stipulated by law.

Water supply

Water supplied to the building taken from the city water supply system, entering underground tank, the pressure reinforcement water pump will bring clean water from the underground tank to the top of building and distribute to each apartment by nickel tube system.

Water drainage system

Drainage and waste water system are designed separately. Waste water will be treated before entering into general sewage system.

Communication system

To meet the communication needs of each apartment in the building, the main cabinet put technically in the building will connect the apartment to the outside world by centralized cable system. The service supply contract will be made between the user and Ha Noi post office.

TV antenna system

Normal TV antenna and cable TV systems are technically located on the top of the building that transmit signal from Vietnamese national broadcasting and neighbouring areas programs to each apartment. Customers will pay for using services.

Lightning prevention and fire fighting systems

- Lightning prevention systems for the apartment building are equipped with the copper-covered lightning rod conduct the lightning signal to the ground.

- Fire fighting plan combined with the city fire fighting and systemic CO2 sprayers in each apartment.
